  • Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including pages visited, time on site, device type, browser, approximate location, and referral source
  • Advertising data via Meta Pixel, including page views and conversion events

3. Marketing Communications and the Spam Act 2003

We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). We will only send you commercial electronic messages where you have consented or where we have an existing business relationship with you.   • Event photos and gallery data: retained for 12 months after the event, then deleted
  • Analytics data: retained in accordance with Google Analytics and Meta default retention periods

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal obligations)
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe your privacy has been breached
